OK, so we have this cool Father's Day $2.00 coupon. But it's only for "DAZ Originals". I looked but could find no way obvious to filter the catalog to only show me the DAZ Originals.

Thank you very much for the information. I did eventually find something to buy. :-)

Unfortunately, it was still a very painful experience. I hadn't bought anything for several weeks hoping that the store and catalog would make great strides in becoming useful.

Despite the list of nearly 4 thousand DAZ originals I still had trouble finding newer stuff. Couldn't sort by date, couldn't search by name either. Couldn't find "D3 for Genesis" in the "Shapes for Genesis" categories. And when I finally did find "D3 for Genesis" (just a lucky meander through the "you might also like" links, I put it into my cart, re-entered my credit card info, and still never saw the place where you install the $2.00 coupon code I had so carefully copied in to my paste buffer ready to use it. Bah, Humbug. :(

Well, at least I've made a purchase. Then I went into my purchase history to find the link to the original item so that I could copy the product image and webpage into my archive like I've done for the last 5 years. But it seems that there is no link of anysort back to the original product from the purchase history information. Major oversight!

It remains to be seen if I can even download it. Based on anecdotal reports I've seen in the forums I'm not holding my breath.

DAZ, you've not only shot yourself in the foot with this website/catalog update, but by being so slow about resolving the issues you're letting yourself bleed out. What a royal screw up. >:(

To put the coupon is there is a link you have to click on after you verify your address as demonstrated here. http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/2203_4/

    Thank you.

Yes, I had seen that thread and was looking for the coupon input field but I guess I missed it. (*bummer*) :(

And I was able to download my purchase but based on the string of issues I had in this store experience it will be a long time before I buy another thing from this store. Bad DAZ, bad! :-P

Our web team is working on the search tools to make them behave as we all would expect. I hope to see this fixed very quickly.
