Shoulders no longer posing with Genesis

Hi,

I've saved a Genesis character as a DSON file but for some reason it has lost the ability to pose its shoulders with products bought from the website. The rest of the figure poses and I have no problem when I load new characters so I figure it's something somewhere that got unselected. Anyone have any clue? Thanks

Have you used the morphforms to pose the arms? That may have pushed them to, or beyond, the limits of their posability in which case additional bending applied directly would have no effect.
