    I want to make art that I can hang on the wall...It's not easy with this program.

    Well, making art good enough to hang on the wall isn't easy, however you do it. No reason why you shouldn't try though.

    One thing to consider when preparing artwork for print (be that to hang on the wall, put in a book, or whatever) is that the density of pixels (dots) on a print is much higher than it is on your screen - so your images need to be big. The usual standard for print is 300 dots per inch. So if your picture frame is, say, 15" x 12", your image will need to be at least 4500 x 3600. Be prepared for some long render times!

    How you produce an image worthy of your wall is the difficult bit, but there's plenty of help to be had here if you ask for it. What are you particularly having trouble with?
