Hexagon needs serial number

I just got Hexagon with a recent update with DAZ and dowloads.  (I had some waiting in the installer for a while)  My copy of Hexagon says it needs a serial number to unlock its full potential.  I don't know what the serial number for mine is?  How would I find out?

Go to your account page here, and look for the serial numbers icon at the top.

Right click on the Hexagon package in Install Manager (while logged in) and choose "Show Serial Number..." - or - https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers and search for "HDZSTND-025-**********"

Hex serial on my Daz account does not work for the hex they sent to me anyone have the reason why ? thx
