Will not load morphs

I can not load morphs or any body presets to genesis ,purchased HSF alien set from different site looks great but in zip file and followed directions to the letter on placement. Shows content in pane windows but will not install morphs to genesis body or face.

Is this the figure that you installed? http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/hfs-races-talarian/98370 Where are you looking for these morphs, and how are you trying to load them. The files you are loading may onklty provide a slider in the Parameters pane for you to use to apply the morph.
