New Morphs dial wont show...

Sorry if this sounds basic....

I have installed a new Morph (Belly Control) and installed it via Install manager on DAZ 4.6 pro.

I cannot find any of the dial on shaping /hip/universal
I cannot find any of the files in content manager either

I am a bit puzzled.... any idea of what I might have done wrong?

They're not on the Shaping tab, they're on the Parameters tab.

You won't — morph sets like these don't install items to be clicked on in the content library, they install the new morph dials directly into Genesis. Note that some installed morph sets do work the old way, but they all (I think) add the morph dials directly as well.
