Coming Soon: Biometric Expressions: Screaming and Fighting! for G3 Female. (Commercial)

I know, I know. I'm slow! But it's finally here (soon) so I can begin on the next request. :)  Anyway, here they are, fully morphed expressions depicting screams of fighting, screams of fear, and expressions of fright and fight, all designed to spare you hours and hours of tweaking sliders trying to get just the right look. Plus, you get a fear amplifier slider that lets you adjust fear in partial expressions, so you can still have full terror in a slightly dialed in expression/morph. And, just for fun, a bonus expression that's perfect for chomping on cigars or holding a dagger in your teeth.

Yes, I'm working on the G8 female at the moment. ETA: But it's proving tricky. It may be that I have to create individual sets for individual G8 characters.

I'm down for this. Glad this is for G3.

    A few suggestions........

    1) Add a link to your store in your signature. I had a hard time finding "Those Things" as a vendor in the store.

    2) So far, I see 1 other product that I bought so I had to check to make sure you...were you.....so maybe if you are going to do expressions as your product base, maybe a banner that says all the cool, key phrases...like...

"The most natural and expressive expressions!"

"We are Those Things that make your renders more lifelike and natural"

You know what I'm saying. lol

    3) Use one of those promo renders as you avatar. For someone who has mastered facial expressions it's almost ironic that your avatar-forum-user-image is...well......that.......

good luck and thank you for your wonderful products.

    Hey,
I want to report a strange bug with your Biometric Smiling product.

If I use the Pose Sliders the navel is changing.
In the attached pictrues I used the BE Bright Smile Bottom slider.

Well now, that is odd. I wonder why that happens. I'll look into it, thanks!

If we use the 200 Plus face morphs package to create a character via dial spinning, will these expressions alter that character when activated? For instance, if I've set "Nose Wing Height" to 65% as part of the morphs I used to get a particular look for a character, will using one of these expressions change that (or possibly some other of the morphs I may be using from the 200 plus pakcage)?

    Thanks.

Looks like a case of the classic "I forgot to remove one of the default morphs when creating the new one, so the default morph is doubled when it is applied"

No worries. Regardless of the morphs you used to create her (pending some biometric expressions for males), your character retains her appearance. The character in the attached renders was created by twiddling dozens of sliders from various sources.

Thanks, that convinced me to pick this up + the smiles one (and a nice discount on a gift card). smiley

I like your character too - Lady Gaga?

Ha! I'm glad you like the character, but I don't even know who Lady Gaga is. That's Lisa Wakefield, the main character in a graphic novel I'm working on and the reason I got involved with all this 3D jazz in the 1st place.

I predict you'll be very happy with both sets of biometric expressions. As far as I'm concerned they're head & shoulders above the usual run.smiley

  • Lady Gaga is a pop-music star who does some strange stuff.

    @Those Things

Any news about the navel bug?

"Biometric Expressions: Screaming and Fighting" is not affacted, only "Biometric Expressions: Happiness and Joy!!

Sorry for the delay, I'm in the middle of moving, and all my stuff is in boxes atm. I hate moving. Hate, hate, hate, moving. Did I mention that moving sucks?

I did look into it right after you pointed it out though, and it appears that the "navel" shaping slider sets to zero on some of the poses, when it should stay at 100%. For now, after you apply the pose, set that navel slider to 100%, and that should make things normal. And once I'm moved and all the stuff is unpacked, I'll fix it and issue an update!

    Hi Those Things,

Just wanted to know how things are going with the G8 versions of your amazing product. I have been checking the store and forums regularly, but haven't seen any news in a while. Hope all is well with you!
