Can I create my own makeup for textures made with Facegen?

Here is my problem.
I am working with photos of an old friend. The problem is that almost every picture was taken with black and white filter on. So I can only work with BW images in Facegen to create the face. I do have some pretty good images of her in color, but not good enough to work with in Facegen.

Is there a way I can add her makeup to the textures made from Facegen? I've been trying with photoshop but it takes a lot of work, so Im looking for another way out.
