arghh deleted buttons on top and can't get them back!

very basic noob question here - somehow i deleted the buttons up top, above the viewport (seeattached)..can someone please tell me how to get them back or restore settings to normal. restart doesn't work...

Please don't post images of nude figures.

Try right-clicking in the status bar at the bottom, next to the buttons for the interactive lessons, and you should get a menu listing tool bars - re-enable the oens you want. Failing that you can go to Window>Workspace>Customise and in the Activities tab right-click and enable the tool bars. You can also just reload the layout, Window>Workspace>Select layout.
