Eyepatch from left to right

How can do it so this eyepatch https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/prae-eyepatches/112831 ;

goes from the right eye to the left eye? When I do scale -100 in x it dosen't fit properly and I can't find another way. You can fit the patch to the figure so it's not just a prop.

Ok nvm I made it work inside a modelling program.

It could probably be made to work as a prop, since it doesn't need to span multiple bones. Try just loading and parenting, without fitting.
