Categorizing and Logic

I purchased Diamond and SirGuy.  Both show can be "found"/seen in Smart Content and the Content Library.  However, in both places , the images/folders lead no where and there are no files.  However, after exploring the file install location from DIM, the product cr2 files are actually in a folder called Critters.  Of course none of the related materials are there.   How does one clean up such a mess?

Products ->D->Diamond Base Character-> Empty

Actual location is Critters.

    You don't really.  My solution was to do my own custom categories.  That way, you only have to find things once and then you can design your own system.  Doing the custom categories does actually move any files so there is less chance of things going wrong.  If you want an example and some easy directions on how to do custom categories you can find it in my art thread here.  its about half way down the page.  Some examples from other people are there as well.  Hope that helps!
