changing color of the sky and affecting the character's color

Hello !

I'm creating a beach scene and i put a sandy ground, my scene is in sun sky only and draw dome on, i got a blue sky  (nearly white) and i would like to get a sky kinda red/yellow like an alien planet or whatever, and i would like it to affect the color my characters in the scene is it possible ? what should i add ?

In reality the shadow are cool because of the blue sky, i'd like to get warm shadow because red sky.
