i13 Neighborhood Bar Environment with Poses Lighting Problems

in New Users
Hi everybody,
I just bought the i13 Neighborhood Bar Environment with Poses. Great product but I can't seem to get the lighting to work. It comes with a prelit version, but the lighting is so low I still can't see anything in the bar. It's just too dark. Of course, I've tried to put in my own spotlights but they don't work at all. They emit no light whatsoever. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be? I've tried both versions and I can't get lighting to work at all.
Thanks in advance.

Try adjusting your Tone Mapping, in the Editor tab of Render Settings
I have issues like this a lot too. In a few environments. What adjustments would you reccomend? Exposure value? Saturation speed? Up? Down?
Thanks OP for asking and Richard for answering.
Shutter speed down (that's the denominator for the fraction of a second the shutter is open, so lower lets more light in), ISO up, or f-stop down (bigger aperture) will lighten the final render.
Beautiful. I'm going to try this. Thanks for the info!
