Blender morph problem

calaopiecalaopie Posts: 215

I created a morph in a blender using the tutorial guide

I was able to create a simple morh for g2f (Kori) and send it to the point. Morhp works fine (small modification of feet), but after its launch, the whole character changes (face, body ect) and I made only a small modification. I have the same problem when creating morhp in zbrush and hexogen. The modification applies to a small part of the body but changes after loading, the whole body.

please help

I'm sorry for my terrible English

If you are exporting an OBJ, modifying it, and reimporting it are you using the same preset for both import and export? Is the figure in its base shape when you export, or does it already have poses or morphs applied?

I tried both (base pose and other pose) the result is the same

I'm not sure I'm doing everything the same as in the movie

The video is rather long. What options are you selecting in the export dialogue and in Morph Loader? How is the moprh chnaging the shape, beyond the intended effect?

Are you exporting from Blender at 100%?  If not, your character will shrink when you adjust the slider to apply the morph.  Check the export options to the left.

I worked step by step from the written instructions and found it quite easy except that once I forgot the 100% bit.

It's best to simply use the same preset (where you screen shots said Custom in the first and Daz Studio in the second). If you don't the scales must be inverse - if you export at 1% you must import at 10,000%.

Your images had to be removed as they were showing a nude, textured figure.

Thanks for your help, I found a problem. I worked on Kori which in itself is morph. When I tried to base form (g2f) and imported morpho to daz, my morph looked right without changing the appearance of both g2f and Kori.

I just worked on Kori, not on g2f base shape

Your images had to be removed as they were showing a nude, textured figure.

I did not know it was forbidden, I'm sorry
