CSB Safety Video about the 2017 Fire at the Arkema Chemical Plant in Crosby, Texas, (Houston Area) following Hurricane Harvey.  For some reason, I cannot hear the live action announcers, but if I turn on "Closed Captioning" (CC at YouTube), I get the text.

    Not a problem, the stereo miniplug on my headphones was just a little loose.  enlightened

    Yeah, maybe they got that voice to make it more ... suspenseful.  Soon to be a major motion picture?  "Floodsplosion!"
