I am looking for some content.

they were all kinds of light sources, and I remember the plan source of light, it looked like a black and red chessboard and there was no need to set the opacity for it ( just like in normal plane) .

Does anyone remember what it was called?

You mean the Ghostlight kits? They have presets that set the opacity to a very low value, that you need to apply after you have put the plane into position. The checkered material is just for trouble shooting and positioning. After that, you apply render settings and invisibility settings.
