RSR to Png converter

I have a lot of old Victoria 3 and 4 outfits that I would like to use in Daz3d but I have no way of loading the Textures. Is there any RSR to Png converter that actually work in Windows 10? I tried 2 that were listed in the forums and neither would open on my Windows 10 machine. Any help would be appreciated.

The .rsr fiels are just Mac .pict files with a new extension, you could try renaming them and using an image viewer that supports .pict to convert them. However, lack of png thumbnails won't stop a file from loading.
