Can't get the Nylyssa Ear Shaping to Apply

I loaded the G8 version of the character and tried to apply the G8 version of the ears. I tried to apply it to the character "Nylyssa" as well as going to the shaping for the ears to apply it. I can't seem to get it to apply the elf ears.

    Just asking to see if I understood correctly. In the shaping tab, you selected the shape slider for the ears? And that did nothing? And you had the character selected when you tried to apply the ears preset? And you tried to apply the G8 version preset, not the G3 preset?

    ok, so I reinstalled the product and it seemed to work.

    Ah, okay. Mishaps at install happen on occasion.  Ignore my questions.
