Malia for Belle 6?

I'm thinking of spending a small bundle for this weekends sale and I have a question that's been bugging me for awhile.  When they sale a character like Malia for Belle 6 for Genesis 2 Females, does that mean I need to purchase Belle 6 for it to be able to work or will it work with and Genesis 2 Females?

    She'll work on any G2F, but she won't look the same, as her look is based on the morphs of Belle 6, plusd her own.

    Bee, so that's the ticket.  I keep seeing all these references to a main character (Belle, Victoria, etc.) but I don't see where you can purchase the character.  How do I find them?

     

    Nevermind, found I can search for them to purchase.  Thanks for the info.

    Normally, they would have a link as "Required character", but it seems that that one doesn't have the link.

    You can find them most easily in the "Bundles" section when you limit it to the Generation in "Characters" and "DAZ Originals" as Vendor: https://www.daz3d.com/people-and-wearables-bundles#filter_compat_figures=Genesis%202%20Female&filtered=1

    One word of advice - if you intend to buy a lot of DAZ Originals, it is worth to get the PC+ membership first.

    And if you don't need a character "Right now", G2 is regularly on sale with huge discounts, and G2 Bundles are often a giveaway when a new character of the G8 line is introduced.

    And a third thing, Genesis 2 is 3Delight skins, which means that it will need some conversion and tinkering to look good in Iray.
