Changing Position/Rotate/Size values. 

I am watching tutorial videos from GeekatPlay and notice that Gary White seems to be able to alter values in a manner other than clicking in the box and typing in a number.  His numbers roll by, just like the numbers on the gas pump when you fill up your vehicle; similar to Adobe products, when you can click and as you slide your mouse the number raises or lowers.  

Could anyone share how he is able to do this?

    Nevermind, I figured it out.  When watching more, I noticed that I could hear his mouse wheel turning when the numbers were incrementing.
