Morphing Business Suit

I've applied the Morphing Business Suit shirt to Genesis, and when posing one hand to one elbow, the shirt sleeve morphs over the hand.

What settings do I need to change to correct that?

Thanks

That's the collision detection in the Smoothing Modifier - since the hand is part of the Genesis mesh, and is intersecting with the shirt in the pose you are using, the mesh is pushed out to remove the "poke through". Your options are a) switch collision detection off for the shirt (under Mesh Smoothing in the Parameters pane - probably best, as long as there isn't real poke-through elsewhere as a result); b) use a DForm to bring the sleeve inside the hand (fiddlier, but potentially more realistic - though you may still need to adjust the smoothing setting to keep the change from being removed); c) adjust the pose so the hand isn't crossing the edge of the shirt.
