    Mermaids need companions  so I dug out Nursoda's MerPal ,the poor little thing didn't get alot of love ..only found a few textures for it ,sooo of course I had to start trying to do some things for myself ,working on a bodysuit texture and a scale texture which will be a great base for other colors , well at least I think it will ......

    I finally got Lara by Thornworks and I really like her but I am now working on giving her materials a go over to make them 3DL cause while I've got the Iray to 3DL I just didn't care for the results and  I don't do IRay is confuses me toooo much

    I cheat when converting from iray to 3DL.

    As in.. I take a 3DL skin that sort of has the right colouring, then manually replace all the maps. As in, I insert the 3DL skin jpgs into the diffuse, bump etc. Then adapt diffuse/specular etc colours as necessary. It's probably the long way around, but converting the shaders with scripts tends not to work very well for skins.

    oh I agree Mori-Mann ,so far the converter has left displacement so high/strong it's scarey!!! I've got a couple that I've done that I like and do the map  replacement and adjust from there  .......it keeps me busy .

    Yeah, faces like bubblewrap. Not very nice. Adjusting the bump and replacement only does so much for that. Not all quick fixes fix things quickly ;)

    Sometimes I worry about createing variations with morphs or scaling cause what if it prevents somebody else from making a morph ? any who here is my scaled and morphed  American Bulldog from Bully

    Oh my gosh you captured that look perfectly.  That's exactly how our dog looks at us lol.

    And the puppies!  Oh my gosh!  My neighbor has 9 pitty puppies, they are 9 weeks old.  They look just like that lol!  So stinking cute!
