Hey all. I'd like to load an image into the workspace to use as a reference to keep my proportions straight. Is there a way to load an image into the workspace as a background image?
Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment, set the type to backdrop, then click the button to the elft of the colour-picker bar and select Browse. Do note that this will load the image and show it flat-on, even if you rotate the view. Another option would be to create a plane primitive (Create>New Primitive), adjust the scale to give it the right proportions, and the use the Editor tab of the Surfaces pane to apply your image - that way the image will not always be flat-on (and if you have them you can load other angles onto other planes).
