I was wondering where i can post my questions about hardware computer specs graphichs cards and such...because i am planning on buying a new rig...so i need some expert advice.

    Since Iray has made the particulars of hardware configuration more important, I have wondered if it might be useful to have a separate area ("Hardware") for various hardware threads.

    The problem with that is that you need more consideration of what is in the scene as well as your hardware. More and more addons are becoming way to complex for "normal" systems to handle. A user could purchase a state of the art system based off feedback in the forums and then load up a scene and wonder why it's not rendering as they expect.
