Main display gone. DIM gone. How do I get them back?

I just downloaded Daz a few days ago.  I'm just figuring this all out and trying to put a model together before I go and spend money on anyu assets. Clearly I have no idea what I am doing. I don't know what I clicked but the main center display vanished (see attached).I tried closing Daz and reopening it but it remained this way. This was very frustrating.

Since this was a fresh install and I have no data I decided I would uninstall and reinstall the program. When you click unistall DAZ in windows, DIM comes up in the uninstaller. When it asked if I wanted to remove it and all associated files & components I assumed it would remove DAZ and Hexagon. While this seems foolish in hindsight, I've never seen or heard of a program that doesn't have an uninstaller and/or does not appear on your list of programs in windows. 

Can someone assist in getting my display back and telling me what I need to do to get back DIM?

1) Daz is the company name. I assume you are talking about Studio and Hexagon? These are two different programs, you can, if you installed with DIMk, to uninstall through DIM. Normally you do not get another window this way, it just uninstalls.

2) Look up Studio, uninstall, then Hexagon and uninstall.

Click on Windows > Panes(Tabs) > Viewport (which is on the bottom)

Or Windows > Workspace > Select Layout and select one of those which will restore your UI

If you installed DS through DIM then you would uninstall the same way, though that won't address the issue as uninstalling/reinstalling will not touch settings.
