I've a new external drive (passport) to take along while "on the road".  Trying to download to the passport but no success.  How in the world do you create a "runtime" folder to download to.  Previous attempts to "copy" then paste from the "C" drive haven't worked.

You set the Download location in DIM's preferences, accessed by clicking the gear icon at top-right - assuming that's what you mean, rather than installing as your mention of a Runtime folder suggests (DIM creates the Runtime, you tell it where to put the Runtime folder and so on by adding a location in the Instalaltion tab and then selecting it as the Current folder at the bottom of the tab)
