Is it possible to export a rigged character from an external 3D program like Blender, and import it into Daz specifically into a Genesis 2 character?
It must be imported as a Genesis 2 male or female, not others like Genesis 8 or Genesis 3 etc.
Please let me know if this is possible.

I don't think that would work.
You could export a G2 to Blender, do your changes there, and then create a character morph on reimport (given that you haven't changed the polygons themselves by deleting/adding some).
If the figure matched the overall sahpe of Genesis 2 you could also use the Transfer Utility to rig it - but then it would be for your own use only, you wouldn't be able to sell or share the model.
