Can't Rotate Scene

I lost the ability to grab this cube and rotate the scene. What is causing this? Please see attached picture. Thank in advance for any advice.

Oops, nevermind. I wasn't in Perspective View. Sorry.

You can also rotate the view in Default Camera, but yes, if you're in Front View, etc it won't let you swing around. Do you know how to create another camera? Go up to the upper left of studio and click Create>New Camera  then you can switch back and forth between cameras while doing your tweaking.
