I've built in lots of pose possibilities in this Battle Ready pose set for Genesis 8 Female(s).

There's some 177 presets for full, mirrored and partial poses. I've included a Torso Straightener for when using a partial pose results in a bent-over torso, or you'd like to untwist. The alternate bonus poses will help to get hands and arms into a place for use with belts and should straps like on the pictured SparTechOps outfit. I hope you will find these useful and would love to see if you use them.

Thanks!

Do the hand poses work with similar guns?

It's been my experience that most hand poses for holding guns work on most guns, it's getting the gun into the hand that is the time consuming part, LOL.

    Great looking set Cris! yes

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

Do the hand poses work with similar guns?

Wonderland, you'll most likely end up having to do a lot of jiggering with the fingers, so not likely to be optimal for general posing with other guns. That said, most gun props come with a "Prop" preset that poses the gun in the hand.  Here's a tip:

Say you have a gun like the one that comes with Dwayne 8 Bounty Hunter. From the description on my video that I made for this tip:

Most of the gun props come with a "Prop" preset which will parent and pose the prop, in this case a gun, in the hand. The figure, here, is the Genesis 8 Female. The gun comes from Dwayne 8, for Genesis 8 Male, Bounty Hunter outfit. The gun has "Prop" poses for Dwayne (scales up the gun for Dwayne's stylized arm and hand) and for Genesis 8 Male.

Poses are pretty interchangeable with the Genesis 8 male and female. Proportions/scale are different, so a parented prop will end up in an unexpected spot, but still...on the hand at least.

You want to zoom into the hand and gun. With the gun selected and in translation mode, go to the Tool Settings tab and, more than likely, Local Coordinates will place the translation arrows so they go along the gun that should line up with the wrist/forearm.

Now you can use the translate tool to position the weapon into the hand as shown in the video. You can see at least one digit needs some finessing, but depending on the angle and distance from camera, You may not see this finger/object collision.

With other figures where the prop doesn't parent where you want, use the same close-up and use the same method to get the weapon closer to the hand. Use whatever coordinate method that will help you achieve this best.

    Hope this helps.
