No, it isn't. Some sets, described as Merchant Resources, may allow you to use their maps in the creation of nwe textures but even then you need to modify them, not just resell the existing maps.
What is it you are aiming to do? Are you sure you would actually want to resell maps?
We need you to explain what you want to do? Are you trying to create a set of textures for a figure or some props? Textures that are sold with a product cannot be resold or redistributed. There are merchant resources, as Richard says, but you have to modify them so that you are not just reselling the textures as is. Without knowing what exactly you want to do, it is hard to advise you.

I am trying to make profit from selling Assets .
Yes, but how? Are you wanting to make new characters, clothing, hair, or props? As I said, you can't use most textures this way - but some, labelled merchant resources, do allow their use in creating textures for commercial products. However, merchant resource sets do have limits - you need to check the terms on the product page. If a set is a merchant resource, used in accordance with its terms, then you don't need to buy any additonal licenses.
Are you trying to buy Daz Store products at low sale prices and resell them to other people for a higher price later to make a profit? That would be strictly forbidden. The EULA does not allow a customer to sell his Daz Store purchases to anyone else.

Just make sure it is ALL your own original work or based off a merchant resource and you should be fine.
