Importing Victoria 6

Hi,
I have a Mac OSX 10.8.4 I cannot properly install Victoria 6 or Michael 5 in Poser Pro 2014. I have installed the DSON importer,but cannot get the characters to install properly. Any idea of what the issue could be?

    Where are you installing them, and what problem are you having? Did you install both the Core and PoserCF to the same location?

    I have tried installing the files from the zip installer in poser and from the daz installer. i have tried directing the files to the Poser Pro 2014 Content folder and also to the Downloads folder inside it. I am new to Poser and have successfully installed Miki4 (which ran its own installation program), but cannot get the Genesis figures Victoria 6 and Michael 5 to work. I installed Victoria4.2 successfully, but when i try to open victoria 6 or Michael 5, it tries to open them but no character shows up. Under the Characters tab, it just says "Genesis" when i try to open Michael, but there is no figure there. I'm not sure if I'm able to get the files arranged properly with the installers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Are you using Windows 7/8/Vista? If so, you can't install the content to Program Files, as Windows protects those folders.

    I got Victoria 4.2 to work, but not 6

    For Michael 5 you also need to install Genesis Starter Essentials, and for Victoria 6 you need the PoserCF.

    Yes, the main Victoria 6.zip has the morph data and textures, while the PoserCF has the Poser-format files so that it will show up in the Poser runtime.

    Should I be installing everything to the Downloads folder? and should i do it through the poser content tab zip installation?

    Still no luck. Do I need to manually arrange the files to get them to register in Poser? If so what is the proper file / folder arrangement? there seems to be more folders with daz stuff in them and a "people" and "data" folder.

    You don't need to rearrange anything, just make sure the Data folder is in the same place as the Runtime folder (but outside it).
