hi i need help with stitching clothing

in New Users
i am trying to get this look like in this if you look at her sleeve
i want to add the same stitch to the sleeves for daz studio by using photoshop
and having it rendered with the stitch showing and standing out can someone please help me with this

I can help with the textures & PS, but when you type 'standing out' that throws me. Implies raising/editing actual mesh which is beyond my ability as yet.
For textures, look for the files you want to edit in the 'surfaces' tab. Might be several of them, but need at least two. Diffuse or base color is the one you'll work with in PS. Also need Base Bump (inverse your color file in PS) or it might have a Normal map. Depends on its settings. Screenshot?
Hope that helps. Maybe others can chime in with link to tutorial. It's not that difficult but might be long explanation and do not want to insult you if already know. ;)
