Converting a G2F to G8F

Hi!

I've been working with DAZ since the spring and I've slowly been trying to learn as much as I can from YouTube/these forums. So far I've been able to find the answer with Google or perceverence, but I'd really like someone with more knowledge on the matter to help me with this.

I've found that a lot of my favourite characters so far have been G2F, especially Ninive who fits the high fantasy content I like to create. However, I have a lot of cool G8F content now, and I've been reading up on the options of converting her morphs to G8F. I've tried a few options, but the end result seems to end up looking a little short of what I was hoping when I compare the G2F side-by-side with the final G8F:

  1. Genx2 - this has been great for converting my other G2F to G3F, followed the great posts in the forum, learned how to convert the custom G2F UVs to base G2F, and then used the Legacy UV product to fit them
  2. Genesis 2 Legacies for Genesis 3 Female: Stylish - I picked this up and tried using the custom G3F morphs with same procedure above to get it to G8F

So, in the end I just wanted to confirm that these options are the best/closest I'd be able to get her in G8F to resemble her G2F (?).  Also, would the HD Add-on make a difference in either process above?
