DIM not downloading files

I'm trying to download Genesis Evolution Muscularity and Expressive for Genesis using the DIM links in my product library. When I click the link it opens a filter in the DIM but no files appeared. I remember I used to be able to download the zip manually but now it just defaults to the DIM. These files are not appearing in my dim log either, it was only when I went to the product library. Has anyone downloaded these files from the DIM? Many thanks.

    I've gotten both of those through DIM. When you're logged on in DIM and refresh, they aren't showing up at all?

    No, they've never shown up. The only things in the DIM waiting to install for me are DS 32 and 64bit. They don't appear with the filters and they aren't currently installed.

    What do you have selected in the Download Filters?

    I didn't have DS4.0 selected. I've just selected that and Expressive for Genesis Legacy shows up but the 4.5 version is not visible. The Muscularity is still MIA.

    But you do have 4.5 selected?
