Download issues with Wicked Sayomi - SOLVED

Just got this product, and it won't show up in install manager, whatever I do, and when I go to the order page and the product page in my account, the item is there but there's no download files. Anyone know what to do?

It's one of those new ones, released earlier today

(I've added a support ticket buti wonder if someone else has the same issue or if it's just me)

    Yes, I can't download it, too. It says I should download it manually but there is no link to get the files. If I click on manual download I just get the overview page with no further information. The whole lower part where the links should be is missing.

    This should now be fixed (as of a couple of hours ago, but I didn't get the email as I was offline).

    Seems like it's working again. It came back online late last night. However Helpdesk didn't look at my note. Perhaps they had several similar to deal with already. I've closed it
