Changing the hotkeys through custom actions?

I would like to know is it possible, and if it is possible how to do it, to change the main view hotkeys with, in my case, the hotkeys I am used from Blender. Namely - rotating the main view with press and hold MMB, panning with SHFT+press and hold MMB, and zoom in and out with MMB.

    Window>Workspace>Customise, look at the bottom fpr the various Viewport tool options - find the one you want to chnage, double click the current combination, and click the desired mouse/modifer combo.
