I think they look very nice but why are you doing Aniblocks for legacy figures? Surely V4 and M4 should be the earliest to look at now?

    Very nice, convincing motions.

About the older figures, I also use M4, V4, K4 etc. as my standard, since they work perfectly in Carrara 8.1. But there are reasons to go with older figures like V3:

    ... and M3:

Uzilite does good stuff, but does not always update for later figures. The same is true for other vendors.

agreed both of u. we are free to use any figures we love to, but when comes to money making, i'll vote for John, its wise to make a
product for current items not the old one lol thx for comments

I really like this set. I so hope you do update it to the Gen4's at a minimum.

I agree compatibility with Gen4 is a good idea, I think a lot of people are still using those figures (like me). A lot have also moved into Genesis figures, but I'm not one of them. See some discussion here, especially Son of Belmont's comments on animation with Genesis in Carrara:

I would like to know, how you made these.

Did you just edit mo-cap data?

How did you loop the walk and run cycles?

hi there, only the walk and run cycle were mocap, other than that they were all keyframed in poser and aniMate2.

How did you loop the mo-cap?

i did it with anime pallete in poser. assume the mocap is 200 frames long, so i compare the figure pose between 1st and the other frames, let say the 36th frames has almost the same pose as the 1st frame, i replaced it with the 1st pose just by copy pasting,
then i deleted and added the entire keys again at 35th frames just to ensure the smoothness of the animtion curve. finally i delete the 36th which has the same exact pose as the 1st frame. so only 35 frames left. thats how i looped them

    Ook, so for a walk

You pick the starting "pose" you want to use. You delete all the unneeded frames before it

The starting pose is then copied to the last frame (like, you make it a 30 frame, so the copied frame is at 30)

yup, just make sure the 'starting' pose is almost the same as what u mean the last frame & copy paste it. then delete the 29th frames to get smoother transition pose from 28 to 30, add keys back to lock the new 29th frames. then finally delete the 30th becoz u already have it at 1st frame thats all

Couldn't you just do key frames?

You have the the main points, the start, middle an end

getting bored of keyframing the same thing over n over again so i decided to use mocap, that will make things faster too
