Sorry for being so late! Just finished my image, not sure it fits the theme. I have troubles getting anything good these days.

I'll be back to comment your gardens but it's late here.

Let's just imagine that this green room is the only way to get plants, no more bees for pollination (the spider ate the last one!) and aliens doing the gardening. So silly I am ashamed!

Tell me the story you could make up for this image, please.

I think your hydorponic garden on board the alien craft looks great. I hope the greyling does not use that entire bag of furtilizer in that small room. I also hope the spider bot is helping. Well done xmasrose.

Thank you @deeleelaw57, you're so sweet!

@Ivy getting to a better world? Superb!

@mori_mann Great image, funny you talk about adopting plants because that's also what I say! But that lady seems to have powers I don't!

@deeleelaw57  Lovely and so relaxing but I can't stop thinking who is the gardener?

@L'Adair Superb! Let's just smell the roses!

@Llola Lane I am sorry for your loss. You made a very touching image, full of love.

@SimonJM  Love that song! Great image!

@nattaruk Great image! Now I will ask the lizards around the house to help me garden! He seems to be doing better that me.

    Hope I didn't forget anyone.

October - weather and it's effects - a few days late, but went to a convention last weekend (which is, of course, back in September) and got a bit rain-drenched and wind-blown - all aided and abetted by me forgetting to bring my coat with me! cheeky

@nattaruk, This is interesting on so many levels. The plants outside of the shed have an "Avatar" alien feel with their coloring, (as does the sky,) but the plants in the shed do not. It's like the lizard has collected plants from another world, and is keeping them alive in the shelter of his garden shed.

The lizard's skin looks very realistic, too. I was surprise to read this is a 3Delight render! Well done.

(Love the name of your "production company," btw)

xmasrose, I like your alien hydroponic garden. It's full of little details that makes it look real. Very nice. As for a story…

"You know, you don't need that rubber suit in here. You'll do just fine without it."

"Are you kidding me? Just look what this place has done to your skin! All wrinkly and gray? No thanks."

And I'm glad you liked the roses. Thank you.

    Heart of Winter

    Heart Of Winter, by L'Adair

For some reason, images always look darker in the galleries. (Though it doesn't look quite as dark when viewed in the gallery page popup. As always, apparently, best viewed full-size. Gallery page is here.)

L'Adair not only am I totally amazed at this great piece of art but I am also shocked it is the beginning of the month, or in other words 'NOT THE LAST DAY'.  I'm not sure what made my smile so much, the calm and peacefulness of the art or the timing. I just checked it was the art, very well done.

@L'Adair Beautiful render, it does not look to dark to me, If yo would not have said anything i would have thought it was right for the cloudy winter theme you choose , still nice

Thank you, @deeleelaw57. I'm always happy when my art gives you a reason to smile. (I have to admit, as slow as all that snow was rendering, I was beginning to think it would the end of the month before it finished! Okay, slight exaggeration, but even using the GPU, that large of an image and thirty-some-odd snow geoshells, it was coming in at about 112 samples per hour!)

    Thank you, @Ivy.

(I think it may be the algorthm that reduces the images for the page and thumbnails. The full-size image in the gallery looks like the original.)

    @DanaTA, Thank you.

The cabin comes with the waterwheel. (Cabin in the Snow) It's a pretty extensive set with the terrain, (complete with water, ice, and denuded trees,) and the cabin, as well as all the props you see in this image, (and a few more that I didn't use.) Correction, the lantern prop the man is holding is actually from Antique Lanterns.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm delighted you like the image.

You're welcome. Your garden image was a lot of fun.

Was it raining because of the break up or was the break up because of the rain? It is be a sad reality to real life. Well done and represented xmasrose.

    On a Foggy Eve

Even the dense, damp, bone chiling fog will not hold back the things that go bump in the October night
