    Hey guys, I'm still new to Daz Studio 4.6 and started using it to make my own references for a comic book series I've been working on. Before I found DS, I spent a lot of time being my own "casting director" in selection of particular actors and actresses to use as references for my character builds. I pay EXTREME attention to detail when it comes to drawing faces, right down to the tiny bends of the mouth and skin creases. I was wondering if anyone could make for me or tell me where I can find the faces for Lauren Cohan, Liv Tyler, Famke Janssen, Lily Rabe, and Jake Gyllenhaal? I mostly use Victoria 6 and Genesis 2 models. If only one or two can be made/found I would be very grateful. I hand draw all my comics, so it's hard to find time to learn face sculpting when time is a ticking time bomb :(

    Does anyone know if there is a four arm morph for Victoria 4? Something like the popular Adaavia chararcter, the Codru-Ji Jedi on Deviant Art.

    Legacy V4? that's not possible.

    Even for Genesis which has an available V4 morph shape, the additional arms in 4 Arms are a geograft item.

    Load a second V4 and make everything apart from the arms invisible?
    Move down a bit on the y axis and parent to the first V4?

    okay one more time I just downloaded this VW Van. It is only for personnel use and you have to be registered to download.

    I would love to have an old truck model like these from 1918. Does anyone know if they already exist? If not, would someone like to try their hand at making one? It would have to be on a freebie basis cause I'm broke.

    Do you perhaps use SketchUp also? If you search for old trucks at the Google Warehouse of SketchUp you may find something. I remember I had got something in this line but not quite so from there. One have to export it as an .obj and it opens great then in Bryce. But to search on there is not always easy and with the new way they have set the website now sometimes frustrating. Use all possible keywords to find including the year of the model, i.e. 1918 truck, vintage truck, vintage vehicle, etc. I hope you can find something!

    Teri, if you do find a similar one you want, please let me know too. I am also interested in all vintage related models. :-)

    My memory is really going! I know I have downloaded a free 3D Magazine either at Renderosity freestuff or ShareCG. I know I have downloaded earlier issues also some time ago but have no idea where I have stored the latest one. Hopefully someone will know what 3D magazine I am referring too? Sometimes one can download freebies directly from the mag too. Do someone have a link to such mag so that I can re-download. I think its maybe annually one can download the mag and round about 50 or so pages? Sorry, I forgot the name of the uploader. :roll:

    Found it: 3D Digital Artist at ShareCG. However I thought there was also something this year, maybe I am mistaken.

    Kerya, thank you!! The cover page of the 2nd edition is definitely the one I had seen somewhere. I have now logged in to get both the editions in pdf format. Lovely freebies too! And the good variation of books at the site: modeling, crafting, arts, clothing, cookery, fashion, galore!! :-)

    EDIT: I have downloaded some good pdf's for sketching but whenever I want to download some more when pressing the share button (I am logged in) the option ends with 'embed' only and no download option. Do one perhaps have only a certain amount one can download daily? Or are those books simply not downloadable? Today is the 1st time I have used the site. There are quite some nice books I am still interested in to download.

    I'm looking for some free 3D dinosaur skeletons that can be used in DAZ Studio or Bryce. 3DS or .obj formats are acceptable, and they can be realistic or toon style. I have a few scenes planned that I need them for. Rigging is not necessary, but will be a plus if included. Poser formats compatible with DAZ Studio are also acceptable.

    Wow! That's a very specific request. If someone finds one, I want it too! NCIS is one of my favorite TV shows! I would like morphs for doing the other main characters too; even DiNozzo and Palmer!

    Are there any nonhuman Genesis1 creature shapes or materials out there (entire body, not just head)? Even if you don't remember where it is, suggestions as to specific things to search for (other than "shape" or an infinitely large list of creature names) that might dredge some of these up might be helpful too. I'm not looking for anything specific at the moment, just curious as to what might be available.

    In a competition at a site I am a member of I made a really strange looking creature using a mix of extreme morphs for Genesis, and I used a grungy texture to make it's skin. Also you could not go wrong by grabbing the Ramworks 182 morphs for Genesis, also available at ShareCG.

    Yes I was just checking into that and you are correct. They have also been adapted for Genesis 2.

    I was noticing that it is for Poser, which I don't have. Does this work in DAZ Studio? She is my favorite character on the show!
