Hi  Guys, check out this Sci-Fi short film I created as a one man team using content from Daz3D, and animated with iClone. I rendered it in 3DS Max using Octane and RedShift.

You can view the tutorial featured on CG Society at this link: https://cgsociety.org/news/article/4330/creating-a-3d-sci-fi-short-in-30-days

Very impressive! I played with iClone way back. At present just understanding all the peices one needs to have for the workflow is a bit intimidating. I presume it's all still realtime rendering and THAT alone makes feasible to work this way. Character Creator, if you'll pardon the pun is "alien" to me. I'd love to pick your brain sometime.

Wow! That is impressive, I can#t even begin to imagine how much work that took to make!

Hi  am using Iclone Pipeline and Daz content for my "long term"
Feature length Marvel based animated film.
I am using an Iclone/Daz studio/Cinema4D rendering pipeline.

I have 63 completed, edited minutes sitting in a Final cut Pro project file
here is a 4 minute clip

Congratulations also on being featured in the Reallusion showcase.
A clip from my film was featured  in the showcase last spring.

The quality of the models from the DAZ3D marketplace made a huge difference, and Character Creator 3 as a bridge for the characters was an incredible time saver, not to mention the awesome animation tools in iClone and the motion capture features of Motion LIVE.  My hope is that others can take the workflow and use it to tell their own stories.

thanks bro :)  The release of Iray is going to make a huge difference. It means your entire animation can be rendered right inside of iClone.
