Why am I logged out most of the time?

Never happened before, but every 2-3 days I have to log in again. Today it was even worse. Was logged in, went to a second page and I was logged out again.
Using Firefox and did not made any changes. Is it me somehow, or is it a Daz issue?

It's not you. I use Firefox and recently the same thing has been happening to me. Logged out every other visit.
I wish DAZ would fix this. This is the only site on the planet where I get logged out.

Try deleting all your DAZ cookies and start again. FF has a strange way sometimes of dealing with cookies.
Did that. Thanks. See how it goes.
every day for me :long:
I et all my cookies too!
I deleted all cookies a week ago. Nothing's changed. (In fact, I had to log in a few mins ago).

Yep, been happening to me to for several weeks now. Before that I had no problem staying logged in. There use to be a way to get to the old log in screen where you could click Keep Me Logged In, but haven't been able to get that now.
Every day for me to and several times per day, but when you love it does not matter ;)
Several times a day for me - becoming increasingly more frequent.
Although the advice about deleting cookies, etc can be useful in some cases, this is an ongoing problem that DAZ needs to address. I've never had this trouble with any other site, nor have I ever seen so many other people with the same issue. The sheer number of threads about logging in should tell DAZ that something's wrong.
And I'm certain DAZ staff have seen the same threads I've seen over the last year. So why can't they fix it? I mean, staying logged in...?? It's one of the most basic functions of any site.
After implementing a fix last year, I stayed logged in for months and months, until a few weeks ago when it all started going pear-shaped again. I've done nothing, changed nothing. DAZ really, really need to get a handle on this. God knows what new customers think of this place!

The problem is that this is not hitting people consistently, and it is not hitting all people. It is very difficult to trace a bug of any sort if it is not possible to reliably reproduce it.
I went for the longest time without ever getting logged out. Then there was a short period when I was getting logged out once a day, but once I had logged back in again then I stayed logged in. Now I have gone back to not getting logged out at all.
Wow. I thought everybody was going through this torture. It comes and goes for me, but when it comes it gets so bad that I almost can't post at all. I must say, right now it's working for me.
Oh.. and I'm getting logged out as I hit submit - during a post, not just every day, every visit... but several times within the hour.
That's actually not an actual log out, hitting the back button and then trying again can fix that one (eventually)
No, this is a logout. You can fix it, but it is a logout. And shouldn't happen.
This is the only place I am having this issue. Others are saying the same, so it is a Daz bug for sure. But it looks like this isn't going to be solved.
Well they are working on relpcing tjhe forum software with an improved version.
I have to log in every 24 hours, and have had to ever since they launched this version of the forums. Also, it's not a "time out" from your last activity, it seems to be 24 hours from your initial login, even if you did something a few minutes ago.
However:
I was actually just replying to this thread when I saw it up here.
In truth, I do know that the undertaking that DAZ 3D has gone through - and is still going through - is an enormity beyond the scale that many folks might realize. I have the utmost faith in the staff that have now taken over the project of fixing this. At a place like DAZ 3D, there are so many millions of things going on in the background that we just cannot see. The development of new ways of keeping up with 3D trends, for one example, is very serious at DAZ - though they do catch a lot of blame (unjustified, of course) towards the opposite - and is just a fragment on the continent of important things that they do in that building.
It is important that we do report these things. Who knows... maybe everybody's just dealing with it without saying anything. But I'm quite certain that the team is well aware of it and likely have something brewing somewhere - and just need to iron some things out before porting the changes over. It's all well over my head - as this forum software stuff is just beyond me. But I do know that there are good people installed at DAZ 3D that are going to fix it. We just have to remain patient, is all.
