promblem after download

after i download the bryce file and everything it says that the side-by-side configureation is incorrect what do i do

Try restarting Windows - this is a message from the system that allows two different versions of a dll to be available to different applications, but it does sometimes have problems.

ANd if that doesn't fix it, then got to microsoft and download the file which add a missing visual c++ dll.

you would need the 32 bit one, as Bryce is a 32 bit app.

64-bit versions of Windows have the 64-bit version of Visual C++, but Bryce requires the 32-bit version.
