Is there a simple way to scale a shader?

Hello All!
I'm back in Carrara and I've always wondered if there is a simple way to scale a shader without tweeking individual parameters.
Example I am modeling something about 3 inches by two inches. If I choose the cast iron shader it might work on a larger object that was 2 feet by 3 feet
but the texture detail is too large for a small object. Is there a simple way. This of course happens with something like wood. A small wood box vs a wood floor.
I've always been able to get what I want by multiplying texture maps etc but just wondered if there was a global easier way.
Thanks
Brad

Not natively, but if you download @Philemo's Triplanar Mapping shader (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/166396/new-plugin/p1) you can change the top-level shader to use that and then you get a transform tab with scaling options that affect the entire shader.
MDO2010
Thanks!

It can be done without a plugin. Toplevel - chose flatmapping - and there you will find the same as MDO2010 describes .
But get the plugins..... They can be used for so much fun.
I use this on my terrain shaders, works well, many thanks to Philemo for his awesome plugins !!!
