Explanation of Bounding, Oriented and Preview Box [solved]

Has anyone a short description of [Bounding, Oriented and Preview Box} these three box types and and an explanation of their differences for me?

Bounding and Oriented Bounding boxes both just enclose the geometry or, for a figure, rig of the node - the Bounding Box is oriented to the world axes, the Oriented Bounding Box is oriented to the node axes. The Preview is a bounding box that is used for missing geometry, and I think if you have the manipulation draw style set to Bounding Box.
