What in the world could "April Showers Bring....." for you?
We would love to see what April Showers could bring for you!!
The Rules For This Months Freebie Challenge are:
1. A minimum of (5) Freebies must be included in your image along with Links to the freebies you have used. For an item to be considered free it must be offered as a freebie for the whole month. The exception to this rule is all Daz Bi-Weekly Freebies will be allowed throughout the entire month in which they are free as well as the month following their release as a freebie (For a total of 2 months). Also, if a freebie is broken down into multiple downloads/links/parts (IE like if the freebie is broken down into 3 zips etc...)it only counts as 1 freebie, not 3.
2. There will be a Maximum of 5 purchased items.
3. Base figures (All Gen 2,3,4, and Genesis 1,2,3) as well as their general morphs packs (Morphs++ and similar) do not count as a purchased item or a freebie and may be used as needed
4.Your Rendered Picture must be a new render and postwork is allowed but you MUST include a before and after Postwork versions of your entry in the Entry Thread.
5. All DAZ 3D Programs are allowed (IE Bryce, Carrara, Daz Studio and Hexagon) plus Poser for the contest.

7. You may enter a Maximum of 4 Entries per month.
8. You may edit your entry as much as you like in the main thread but once it is posted to the "Entries Thread" it may not be further modified. Also, if you edit or add things, be sure you update any links or freebie changes you make.
This Freebie Challenge will end Tuesday April 30th @ 23:59 Daz time.

But only sometimes in the common English context, Jackie. In French, it simply means "already seen". It depends upon what definition you are using. The Oxford dictionary merely states that it refers to a feeling that you have already experienced what you are experiencing now. The rest of it seems to be more common usage than literal definition. 3dcheapskate probably speaks a little French, so its allowed.
If it's down to the uncertainty, then it probably was déjà vu, albeit very briefly (from the moment I saw the theme, through the time I posted, until the moment I found the April 2018 link in the OP )

What a great start to our April Showers Bring...... month!!!

Here is my entry and third render! Today I was all prepared to start a bonfire and eat some Smores and it started raining, so this brought to mind some of the things you can't do because of what "April Showers Bring", which is rain! Here is my character Camisila not able to enjoy her volleyball time due to a passing storm.

The tale:
April 2019 breaks (again) with the tradition of a rainy period, farmers are already complaining about drought and the warmest temperature ever measured in April is already a fact. Fortunately there have been some small showers and together with the delightful April sun it is the perfect weather for the grass, flowers, plants and trees to start flowering.

The month of April, traditionally a rainy period, gives way to May, when flowers will bloom because of the water provided to them by the April rains. 2. (by extension) A period of discomfort can provide the basis for a period of happiness and joy. Possible rain showers move further and further away and the weather forecast is fantastic, warm and sunny. So Sirine and Tiana enjoy the lovely sun, flowers and birds in the green grass and relax, forgetting everything for a moment. "Sirine, listen to this, Lee Towers, from the eighties, really bad music but great lyrics though!" said Tiana to her girlfriend and streamed the song with Bluetooth® to Sirine's headphones...

April Showers Bring...... The Knights
Rendered in Studio 4.10, 3Delight linear work flow
What spring shower does not bring about the popping up of mushrooms? So mushrooms we have. Ah but these mushrooms be characters. Told of in the pages of the epic poem, "The Shield of Erebus" please meet "The Traugs", Knights of a kingdom yet unnamed. I found these delightful fellows when doing some research for Poser Daz Freebie Site. The Traugs site was started by peejay. Blondie9999 was one of the contributors to the project. There are many things to hunt for, a treasure trove of characters, scene sets and just good fun. All of it old and some of it needing repair. If anyone knows more about this project, I would love to hear about it. I will be putting together a page on the Freebie Site to honor this long forgotten project. Some of the models I used were .3ds files. These must be converted with something like PosRay. SnowWhite's hair was converted using Blender.
