nother dance scene. i like the way she moves not exactly a ballerina grace, it's like distinctive
That second one had to be the inspiration for part of the opening sequence of the great animated movie "The Triplets Of Balleville" - starting ~1:08:

Both evilproducer and Garstor were reluctant to watch Alita - Battle Angel.
When they both visited, I started showing Garstor the movie until evilproducer arrived, then we stopped it and began our three day meetup.
Well, the following evening Garstor, pumped up on the movie, recommended we finish watching the movie but, since evilproducer hadn't seen any of it, we'd have to start it from the beginning.
I know the feeling. I haven't been able to stop watching it for long since I bought it.
After watching it all the way through, both guys claimed that they were going to buy it when they got home! Good Freaking Movie - especially for inspiration about animating!
Great act!! "Le Hot Jazz" indeed.

oh wow these video game cinematics, if only they made movies
I would love those meshes
Yeah, I've seen that they (Game companies) hire some amazing Visual Effects houses to make their cinematic teasers. Check out Blur Studio on YouTube for one example. Whoever did the realistic cinematic teasers for some of the Mass Effect promos were truly stunning as well.
These are from the much older Mass Effect 2 game promo:
Celebrities that played roles in the game (Voice Acting)
Not a show, but an interesting photo story.

Speaking of belly dancing ... last night we saw "The Red Elvises" at the Mucky Duck in Houston. One of their hits is "I Wanna See You Belldance":

that baernie character messing in your video comments?
Yup, Dr. Bernie continues his (her?) rabid rants about Carrara, used to do it at Renderosity but folks just "Ignore User"-ed
Oh thaf is so rude of him, I replied, that man is a bitter soul
Yup, I can't understand what would drive him (her?) to such lengths.
cute movie,
but has absolutely nothing to do with Karate, cept the karate kid plot of a maintenance guy training a beat up kid
totally hot fight, no it's not a chick fight lol
thinkin something like this to intro a galactic empire or alien city life. i feel like i know 1980s detroit
Very cool, reminds me of the great series "The Wire" set in Baltimore. Also, I saw the music credit for Harold Faltermeyer, who wrote one of the best synth songs ever, "Axel F", also for "Beverly Hills Cop":
