    It looks pretty good in my opinion. I like the detail how her hand seems to cast a sort of shadow on her face, and how you really get to see the effect of wearing green / darker clothes in a green (bush) environment.

    There's only one problem with this picture, but that's not your fault but mine: it immediately reminds me of the ranger bundle I put into my wanted list this morning ;)

    Well, it was a quick job using the Ranger bundle, so no surprise it reminded you of it.

    Well done, but You should have turned the SSS off for all the inner mouth. If you look close you will see the Red Glow in the face it causes if the mouth is closed at render time. Only use SSS (IMHO) in the inner mouth if lighting will fall into a open mouth, otherwise you get the Subsurface glow as seen in your image.
