Dial A Face is Back! (Now featuring Genesis 3!)
Ok, for a while, I was doing dialspun morphs for Victoria 4 and Michael 4, using the Morphs++ and Morphia/Morphus addons, and sometimes the Elite Ethnic Morphs and Aiko 4 as well. Then life got busy and I stopped. I started up again recently with two new morphs.
Sakina (Morphs++/Morphia/Elite Ethnic Morphs) is a young woman who could be Mediterranean, Southeast Asian (my original inspiration was an actress from India, but the result doesn't look anything like her) or maybe something else: http://www.sharecg.com/v/73184/view/11/Poser/Dial-A-Face-Sakina
Bill Hickok (Morphs++/Morphus), made in response to a request from Dollygirl, is my attempt at the famous frontier lawman. The pictures I was working from were mostly taken when he was in his thirties, but with the right skin and some fiddling of the Morphs++ young/old dials you might be able to age him up or down: http://www.sharecg.com/v/73185/view/11/Poser/Dial-A-face-Bill-Hickok
I'm open to further suggestions, especially male historical personalities, but I can't guarantee that they'll turn out well enough to share.

Great work, Odaa!
But please remind me how this works. Is it the M4 Morphus and V4 Morphia characters you need and ALSO the M4 Morphus Magnet Fits and the corresponding fits for V4?
Or something else entirely?
I really only do faces, so the clothing magnet fits (by Lyrra, right?) shouldn't be necessary. Morphus/Morphia characters (or facial/body morph sets) by Capces are necessary, and Sakina (and the earlier Shikoba) also use Elite Ethnic Morphs. (Sacnite, the "lite" version of Shikoba, uses Morphs++ and A4)
Thanks!
New V4 facemorph, using Morphs++ and Morphia. I call her Marzia.

Meet Dial A Face Jinan. She's one of my "Lite" morphs who only requires V4, Morphs++ and Stephanie 4

I'm always happy to be able to give Stephanie a makeover... Thanks!
Edit: thank you, Rob!
And here's Dial A Face Zoltan for Michael 4. I started out with the idea of doing a Bela Lugosi like morph, and never really got close, but I made younger, middle aged and older versions of a face that sort of belonged to that "type". Basically the default, middle aged and older morphs all require Morphs++ and Morphus, but there is also a "lite" version of the default that only requires Morphs++.

I got bitten by the dial-morphing bug again (after a long time), and the result is a glamorous young lady for V4, using Morphs++, Morphia, and Stephanie. She works best when paired with Liquid Rust skins.

She's lovely.
Yes she is, very nice.
Whats the Hair if I might ask, I think I would like to pick up that package. BB.
Thank you both! The hair is a propschick/wolfie creation called Lewanna: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/lewanna-hair/92048/
TY, will be getting that set Friday. : )
One of my Favorite Artist Vendors is Pretty 3D who uses this 'Poison' (I think that's right) toon for most of there Promo Art.
I was trying to Dial up my own version of Poison; and got a pretty good likeness I think, but ...
How does one get those wicked Brows? They just slash across her face, looks so mean.
Maybe this is not the right thread for this, but then again cant think of a better place to ask. BB.
Sorry for being out of touch so long...
Brows are heavily dependent on the character skin, so you may not be able to get there w/ morphing. Getting a character to look like anything in particular pretty much requires you to start with a skin that at least vaguely looks like what you are trying to do.
If you have Morphia, look in the "Brow" morph area for "Inner Brow Height" morphs-dialing that area downward (and "Outer Brow Height" upwards) will get you closer to the Poison look.
Thank You, really good looking morphs.
Thank you, Milos!
Have a new one: Dial a Face Laika for V4. She requires Morphs++, Morphia, and Aiko:

My first experiment for Genesis 3 Female: Dial A Face Lenore:
http://www.sharecg.com/v/83970/view/21/DAZ-Studio/Dial-A-Face-Lenore-for-G3F
She requires Victoria 7 and G3F Head Morphs, and loads as an untextured character preset with the body morphs zeroed out. No metadata so far as I know. My main inspirations were Hedy Lamarr, Famke Janssen, and Katherine Hepburn. Let me know if there are any problems, I'm new to this Genesis 3 stuff.
Hey, Odaa. Firstly, thank you very much for the wonderful character morph! A very nice and unique character. A very quick and rather unpolished render attached, just to try her out.
Although I did not have what I would call any problems using her, some newer users might stumble. I should begin by saying that this machine is running an older version of DAZ Studio (4.6) and that may or may not be an issue. After placing the content in my content library, I loaded G3F and looked under the parameters tab for a slider for Lenore and she seemed to be MIA. No biggee, I just located her in the content pane and loaded her manually which went without a hitch, with both body and face morphs loading. As mentioned, newer users might stall after failing to find the morph slider loaded automatically, and assume that it hadn't "installed" correctly in their content library. Again, this situation might very well be just my machine, and I'm not experienced with packaging content, so I cannot say. Others may offer other insight. For myself, It's all good, since I'm quite used to working the old-fashioned way. Thanks again!
Wow, she looks good there-thank you!
I'm not clear on how to go about turn her into a single dial-she's the result of sliding a bunch of dials from the Head Morphs set and also the main V7 head morph dial. Is there a better way to handle a dialspun preset for the various forms of Genesis characters?
Dial a Face Jamie, for V4 Morphs++ and Stephanie 4, is now up: http://www.sharecg.com/v/84030/view/11/Poser/Dial-A-Face-Jamie
She's loosely inspired by Helen Hunt of Mad About You, HOWEVER, since the actress has a somewhat generic face with a great smile and a bunch of other quirky expressions, it's not actually going to look much like her unless you are the world's leading expert at recreating idiosyncratic real-world facial expressions on Daz figures. Use responsibly.
My first G3M character, and my second ever Genesis 3 character: Lynx. Lynx is described as "Dial A Guy" rather than "Dial A Face" because I ended up spinning dials for the whole body instead of just the face. He is a dialspun shaping preset for Genesis 3 Male, using Gianni 7, the "baseline" G3M head morphs and body morphs packs, and the brand new Elijah 7. You will find him under Characters/Genesis 3 Male/Characters/Dial A Guy. For best results, load Genesis 3 Male (or Gianni 7 or Elijah 7), select him in the scene, find Lynx and click on his file to turn G3M into Lynx. You are welcome to use the Lynx shaping preset on Michael 7, etc, but I make no guarantees about the results.
Wow, some unique faces that are all very nice.
Thank you, Nonesuch00
Nice work, Looks a bit like a young Robert Mitchum.
Wow, didn't notice that but you're right! Thank you!
