I can't use TXD and DFF files

Well, when I try to put any of them, it sends this message "No importer for the file format can be found"

    Those formats are not supported by DS, and as they appear to be mainly used by games for their content it is necessary to check the license terms before attempting to convert them into a format that DS does handle.

    Both of those formats (TXD and DFF) are RenderMan software file types and were a popular format in the Grand Theft Auto III days, and I am guessing that you got them from some GTA III mods.  Some of the mods tools for GTA III may let you export them in a more usable format.
