The old Transposer functions

do Carrara 8 Pro and Poser Pro 2010 interact with file updates the way Transposer used to?
I remember long ago when the Transposer app. used to share file updates between Poser and Carrara.
Is this still possible between C8 pro and Poser 2010?
I get a lot of distortion in C8 when I try to create long complicated animations. (mostly cause I'm not very good)
Or has the "realtime" updates been replaced by the puppeteer functions?
I'm aware of the "how it works" side of the puppeteer functions, I just haven't used it yet..
Please forgive my ignorance and thanks for any tips offered.

I see that nobody answers but it is certainly because everyone knows that Carrara accepts without problem the scenes .PZ3.
I use Poser only for the animation and clothing of characters and all functions perfectly in Carrara…
